Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from a United States warehouse.
- Standard shipping is free and typically arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch, anywhere in the continental US.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- We currently ship to US addresses only.
- If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, contact us (below) and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
Returns & Refunds
- 30-day returns. If you're not happy with your VoltGrip for any reason, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
- To start a return, email us (below) with your order number — we'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
- Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
- If the item arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping and will send a replacement or refund immediately — just include a photo in your email.
- For non-defective returns, return postage is paid by the customer.
Terms of Sale
- VoltGrip is an online retailer of car phone mounts and phone accessories, operating in the United States.
- All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- Charges appear on your statement as VOLTGRIP.
- Product images are illustrative; minor variations in color or finish can occur between production batches.
- VoltGrip mounts are an accessory. Always follow local laws on device mounting and never operate a phone while driving.
- Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Privacy Policy
- We collect only what's needed to fulfill your order: your name, shipping address, email, and order details.
- Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe (Stripe's privacy policy) — we never receive your card number.
- Your shipping details are shared only with our fulfillment warehouse and shipping carrier, solely to deliver your order.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone else.
- We email you about your order (confirmation, tracking, returns). Marketing email happens only if you separately opt in, and every message has an unsubscribe link.
- To have your data deleted, email us — done within 30 days.
